Who We Are

Strategic advisors who work with investors, enterprises and start-ups to accelerate growth whilst driving sustainable change.

Compass is a student-led organization based in Washington, D.C. that works with organizations in the sustainable finance space. Our teams work on global and local projects to provide pro-bono research and advisory services for a variety of clients. Our team members come from a diverse set of backgrounds and provide tailored services and measurable outcomes for each project. In addition, we organize professional events to facilitate collaborative growth amongst students and field experts in and around the fields of sustainable finance and impact consulting.

When James Daley and Caroline Sroka created Compass back in 2019, they he had a vision for the future of global business. Five years later, our current Compass team is hard at work making that vision a reality. We understand that it takes creative problem solving and analytical thinking to bring about sustainable change, which is why we conduct in-depth research on both global and local markets to create detailed models outlining impact investment pathways.

Compass members perform analyses, make recommendations, and create quality deliverables for clients. Our team won’t rest until we’ve provided your business with exemplary impactful solutions which you can integrate into your operations.
